UD Steel, operated by Aung Aung, provides the UD Steel website and mobile application for product browsing, ordering, payment review, account management, and customer support.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, account authentication details, order history, loyalty-point activity, payment method, payment-transfer proof, order notes, support messages, and basic technical or security logs needed to operate the service.

We do not ask you to store a full bank-card or payment-account number in your UD profile. Payments submitted through external wallet or banking apps remain subject to those providers’ own privacy practices.

We use information to create and secure accounts, calculate and fulfil orders, verify payments, manage inventory, issue invoices, administer loyalty points, provide support, prevent fraud, keep business records, and improve reliability.

We share information only with service providers needed to run the service, such as Base44 hosting and authentication infrastructure, file storage, and email delivery. Staff may review order details and payment proof to process a purchase. We do not sell personal information.

Profile information is retained while your account is active. You can submit a deletion request from the app or the public Account Deletion page. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Some order, payment, invoice, audit, or tax records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Where deletion is not permitted, personal fields will be restricted or anonymized when reasonably possible.

We use access controls, server-side validation, password hashing, session expiry, audit records, and restricted staff permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

This service is intended for business and general retail customers and is not directed to children under 13.
