Terms of Service

You may use UD Steel to browse products, submit orders or order requests, upload payment proof, view order history, and manage an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Catalog prices and availability can change. The price and stock confirmed by our server when an order is submitted control the order. An order is not treated as paid until an authorized staff member verifies the payment.

We may contact you or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, an item is unavailable, or fraud or misuse is suspected. Any stock reserved by a failed order is restored.

Online payment methods require proof of transfer. Cash orders remain unpaid until staff verification. Shipping, pickup, delivery timing, and any applicable delivery fee are confirmed during fulfilment. Do not send sensitive card credentials in order notes or support messages.

Contact the store promptly about a cancellation, damaged product, incorrect delivery, refund, or payment dispute. Eligibility depends on the product condition, order status, and applicable consumer law. Staff records may be retained for accounting and dispute resolution.

Do not attempt to access staff portals without authorization, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, submit false payment evidence, scrape protected data, or use the service unlawfully.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but temporary interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, UD Steel is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
